1. Returns & Refunds for Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

• Contact us at laserfacellc@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

• Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

2. Proof Approval

If you approve a design proof before production and receive the product as approved, no refund will be issued. Please review your proof carefully before giving approval.

3. Artwork Quality

If the artwork you provide is low quality and results in a poor engraving outcome, no refund will be issued. We strongly recommend submitting high-resolution files to ensure the best possible results.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions in rare cases at our sole discretion.
