We make it easy to bring your custom engraving ideas to life!

1. Provide Your Text or Design Idea

  • If you’d like only text or have a basic idea for us to design, simply enter it in the “Custom Text” section when placing your order.

  • If you already have artwork or a specific design, note that in the “Custom Text” section and then email your file to laserfacellc@gmail.com after placing your order.

2. Artwork Quality & Design Time

  • If your artwork is complex or the file quality is too low for engraving, we may need extra time to make it usable.

  • In these cases, we’ll contact you before proceeding if additional design fees are necessary.

3. Production & Shipping

  • Most orders are completed and shipped within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping time will vary depending on your location and is in addition to production time.

  • If your project requires more time due to design complexity, we’ll communicate an updated timeline so you know exactly what to expect.

4. We Keep You In the Loop
From design adjustments to shipping updates, we’ll stay in touch to ensure your order is exactly how you envisioned it.

1. Custom Orders

  • All products are custom made to your specifications.

  • For orders with custom text, enter your request in the “Custom Text” section when placing your order.

  • For artwork submissions, note this in the “Custom Text” section and email your file to laserfacellc@gmail.com.

  • If your artwork is complex or low resolution, additional time or fees may be required. We will notify you before proceeding.

2. Proof Approval

  • For certain custom designs, we may send a digital proof for your approval before production.

  • Once you approve the proof, no changes or refunds will be issued if the final product matches the approved proof.

3. Refund Policy

  • If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund. Contact us at laserfacellc@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

  • No refunds will be issued for products that match the approved proof.

  • No refunds will be issued if your provided artwork is low quality and results in a poor engraving outcome.

  • We reserve the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion.

4. Production & Shipping

  • Most orders are produced and shipped within 5–7 business days, excluding shipping time.

  • Shipping time varies based on location and carrier.

  • If your design requires extra work or clarification, production time may be extended. We will communicate any changes to your timeline.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Use of Customer Designs

By submitting artwork or text, you confirm that you own the rights to use it or have obtained necessary permissions. Laser Face LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement claims related to customer-provided designs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
